I never had the chance to learn and instrument as a little kid, but when I was 18 I bought myself a recorder and recorder neckstraps at WWBW as a gift of me for myself on my birthday. I am really into classical music and had already knowledgeable about reading musical notation, so I was pleasingly amazed how rapidly I can learn to play it.
And then I joined in a recorder group and since that day, I‘ve learned many good things about early music and classical music. Because of the group I have learned about the delightful music of great artists like Gabrielli, Victoria, Scheidt, Bassano, and a lot of other composers. I also like playing the works of Loillet, Bach, Marcello, Handel, and others with my friend who plays the piano.
