Handling Emotions

Emotions such as pain, anger, sadness, joy, sorrow and acceptance are very common in our everyday lives. I believe emotions can be express in various ways; emotions are being controlled when we want it and when we do it. Although, emotions when not being taking care of may brought various effects to our individual lives.

Handling emotions is more likely writing your feelings in a piece of paper or allowing yourself to create journals or diary. I found that writing your expressions will allow your feelings to flow; no one will question or judge you. “It was a free way to express your self”. The objective is to be authentic as you can with yourself. Thus, permitting the feelings to be released. The written expression of your information serves as your written prayers to God and is sharing the most intimate thoughts and feelings with.
